Went and got some formal education: B.A. First Class Honours in American Studies - main areas Language Poetry, the Beats and American film.

MSc. in Information Technology.

Founded the Club Sporadic in 2003 to present different musics. Highlights included a great gig by the Brooklyn based and very wonderful Weapons of Mass Destruction from Brooklyn, NY on January 29th, 2005... further gigs since have consolidated the club's reputation as a local venue providing a space for maverick/experimental musics...

Formed the improvisation/experimental group (Plexus) with Murray Ward playing guitars and laptops and subsequently David Teledu. (Plexus)was and is intended to be a loose co-operative which left us all space for our solo projects.

writing... poetry, some slightly academic stuff, and short stories (several published in obscure mags) - a hardboiled detective novel (finished and currently doing the publishers' rounds...) and just finished a new work called PARIS... plus reviews and mp3's with commentary on my blog Words and Music
